Roasted Potatoes



Roasted Potatoes




Ingredients:

4-6 potatoes ( depending on size)
1/8 c.Vegetable oil  *1/2 of a 1/4 cup McKenna ;)
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes to taste
1 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper 




Wash potatoes

Peel and cube


Place potatoes in a plastic container or large zip-lock.

Drizzle oil over potatoes, sprinkle salt, pepper, cayenne, and red pepper flakes.

 I forgot to put the cayenne in the picture above.


Shake until well coated.


Place on baking sheet & bake at 400 till fork tender.



They don't look as nice once cooked but they taste wonderful. As you can see, Racey and I had to sample a few before we fixed our plate ;)
